The author is making a wordplay because really weak is 真弱(zhen ruo). Remember the reason why Zhenruo make the Jason english name because he really don’t like people around his age mocking his name?

So when reading this chapter I got sudden amnesia and be like Who the heck is Su Yao??? Which girl again that got entangled with Zhenzi??? Turns out it was his secretary…. Keeping glossary is a lifesaver…
